Dr. Sabharwal graduated with honors from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India, completed her transitional internship at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts, and her pediatric residency at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital. She practiced for three years as a pediatrician at a federally qualified health center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, before returning to Penn State Hershey for her fellowship in Allergy & Immunology — caring for both adults and children — where she served as Chief Fellow (2017–2018).

She is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI), the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and remains active in research with national presentations and journal publications.

Her commitment is personal: Dr. Sabharwal has been an asthma patient since childhood, and her son is allergic to tree nuts and seafood. The standard of care she holds her practice to is the one her own family depends on.

Whitney earned her degree in Biomedical Sciences through the honors program at Central Michigan University and her Physician Assistant certification from Grand Valley State University. She began her career in 2019 in primary and urgent care in Michigan before specializing in allergy, asthma, and immunology and joining Allergy Affiliates in 2021.

Her focus is patient education, personalized treatment plans, and continuity of care — making sure every patient understands their condition and their options.
